Once you have enrolled in the course, you will receive an email with a supply list to prepare for meal planning. You will recieve a second email with the grocery list prior to each class. If you are enrolled in the Tuesday course you will receive a weekly email on Thursday prior to class and Tuesday if you are enrolled in the Thursday course.

All meals are customisable to each clients needs. Because we model meal plans with a specific skeleton and we offer a 1-on-1 with the provider, you can receive modifications based on your specific dietary preferences.

No, we do not offer meal plan options for diets we do not support for long term use. We do not believe in hacking your body, rather training it for a lifestyle of disciplined eating. We do focus on calorie intake, balancing carbs, fats & proteins, Blood type based diet, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free to name a few.
