Course FAQ

  • Once you have enrolled in the course, you will receive an email with a supply list to prepare for meal planning. You will recieve a second email with the grocery list prior to each class. If you are enrolled in the Tuesday course you will receive a weekly email on Thursday prior to class and Tuesday if you are enrolled in the Thursday course.

  • All meals are customisable to each clients needs. Because we model meal plans with a specific skeleton and we offer a 1-on-1 with the provider, you can receive modifications based on your specific dietary preferences.

  • No, we do not offer meal plan options for diets we do not support for long term use. We do not believe in hacking your body, rather training it for a lifestyle of disciplined eating. We do focus on calorie intake, balancing carbs, fats & proteins, Blood type based diet, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free to name a few.
